The PPP Unit Facilitates projects initiated by BOI or initiated by other Public sector Institutions & the Government.

  Development of a Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) System in Colombo Metropolitan Area
  Development of Textile Manufacturing Zone/Industrial Park at Perth Estate, Horana
  Construction of a Mixed Development Project at the Service Area of Kandy Industrial Park
