The PPP Unit Facilitates projects initiated by BOI or initiated by other Public sector Institutions & the Government.

The Following Projects within the BOI are now being structured on PPP basis.

  Development of Knowledge City at Henegama (Gampaha District)
  Augmentation of Water & Waste Water Treatment Facility at the Seethawaka Industrial           Park
  Development of Information Technology Park at Malabe
  Development of a Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) System in Colombo Metropolitan Area
  Development of Textile Industrial Zone at Perth Estate, Horana
  Construction of a Mixed Development Project at the Service Area of Biyagama Export               Processing Zone
