BOI is looking for an Investor to partner with the National Paper Company Ltd (NPCL) to revive the Embilipitiya Paper Mills and run as a profitable venture. This Mill is located in the Southern part of Sri Lanka with close proximity to the Hambanthota Port which is being developed.
